A Message from the President

Welcome to our Website!  This year marks AHLOA’s 50th anniversary. During these years we have provided a forum for our members, acted as their voice in Borough Hall and kept them informed through our Quarterly News Letter. In addition, our Website now serves the broader community.

We meet on the second Saturday of each month at 10am in the Senior Center. Come join us. All are welcome. We encourage you to bring to our attention items of interest or concern relating to our community. Each meeting includes a presentation by a featured speaker followed by brief reports from our committees.  

Avalon is blessed with fine beaches, inspiring ocean views and scenic wetlands, teeming with bird and marine life. A wide range of recreational and educational opportunities are available, along with enticing restaurants and stores. It is visitor and family friendly. AHLOA is dedicated to keeping Avalon a town we can all be proud of and enjoy.
