working with the executive board, trustees and members on projects designed
to assist in the continuing success of Avalon for the benefit of the
residents.

Updated reports are presented covering the areas listed above at our monthly
meetings that are held on the second Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the
Senior Center, 31st and Dune. The Annual
Meeting is held on the second Saturday morning in August at 9:30 a.m. in the
Avalon Community Hall. Guest speakers are invited to most meetings to
present programs that are of particular interest to all residents. The Board
of Trustees invite you to attend these meetings and we solicit your input
and participation in any area you wish to discuss. You do not have to be a
year round resident, just a home or land owner in Avalon, to participate. We
urge members to volunteer to serve on any of the committees and/or other
projects. We trust you will find these meetings interesting and informative
to stay abreast of Avalon's current and future projects and activities.
See you at our next meeting.
